BC Summer Games

2008 BC Summer Games Photos
Kelowna
will be hosting the BC Summer Games July 24-27, 2008 and Reining is once again
included as an optional sport. The Games, which are held bi-annually, are an
exciting opportunity for youth between the ages of
13 -18 as of January 1, 2008
to take part in a multi-sport championship at the Provincial level. Reining can
send one competitor from each Zone to the Games.

The judge for the BC Summer
Games Reining will be NRHA judge Gregg Lauder and there will be a clinic held in
conjunction with the Games. Information will be available soon. If you would
like to volunteer to help out with the Reining competition at the Games please
contact
wcra@telus.net.
Any show being held prior to
June 16, 2008 which has an NRHA judge can apply to HCBC to be sanctioned as a
qualifying show. If you know of a show in your area which fits the criteria
please ask them to contact WCRA or HCBC so that we can sanction as many
qualifiers as possible throughout the province.
